QPR 0 – Bolton 4 and to add insult to Kieron Dyer’s early injury set back QPR’s Clint Hill was sent off in added time for a deliberate attack on Bolton’s Martin Petrov.
It was, however, a richly deserved victory for the visitors who must surely try and hold on to Gary Cahill – long seen as an Arsenal target.
Neil Warnock has a lot of work to do if QPR will shrug off this defeat as a blip. Perhaps Bernie Eccleston will fund some purchases to bolster the squad.
EDIT: It would appear that Kieron Dyer’s foot is only bruised and not broken as initially feared.
