Everton have described a renewed bid by Manchester United for Marouane Fellaini and Leighton Baines as “derisory and insulting.”
United are believed to have bid £16m for Fellaini, whose £23.5m minimum release clause expired at the end of July, and £12m for Baines which was unimproved from July.
