Arsenal’s Kieran Gibbs has been called into the England squad for Tuesday’s World Cup qualifier in Slovenia. Gibbs replaces Southampton left-back Ryan Bertrand, a former Oldham Athletic loanee, who limped out of Saturday’s win against Malta with a hamstring strain.
